The juvenile court rendered a judgment terminating the parental rights of the parents to the minor children, L.T., D.T., *1132K.T., and E.T., and certifying the children as free for adoption. However, citing the best interest of the child, the juvenile court refused to terminate parental rights as to the minor child, S.T., even though the court concluded that the grounds for termination were proven by clear and convincing evidence.
