On June 16, 1914, appellant, Lorenz Bugner, filed his petition under the Burnt Records act praying that title to the following premises be established, restored and confirmed, and for further relief, to-wit: That part of the fractional northeast quarter of the southwest quarter lying south of the Indian boundary line, in section 36, town 41, north, range 13, east of the third principal meridian, in Cook county, containing 24.87 acres, more or less. On June 25, 1914, an amended petition was filed describing said property by metes and bounds, to which an answer and a cross-petition were filed…
