THIS IS an adversary proceeding commenced by Sabría C. Porton, the Debtor in the above-styled Chapter 13 proceeding. The matter presently under consideration is the Debtor’s claim to ownership of a fifty percent interest in certain real property located in Alachua County, Florida described in the complaint as the “Archer Road Property.”
