DANAHER, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff-appellee, Angeline Turber-ville, secured a default judgment for *35$10,000 against the defendant-appellant, Emma Barber. After denial of the defendant’s motion to reopen and set aside the judgment and to vacate the default, defendant appealed. Plaintiff’s complaint had alleged in the first count that defendant had alienated the affections of plaintiff’s husband, William H. Turber-ville, and in the second count, criminal conversation was charged. Shortly before instituting this action, Angeline Turberville had commenced a maintenance suit against her husband. We…
