Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed November 24, 2003, which ruled, inter alia, that an employer-employee relationship existed between decedent and Great American Transportation, Inc.
Decedent, a New York resident and commercial truck driver, died on June 2, 1997 when the truck he was driving struck a bridge over an interstate highway in Arkansas. Claimant, his widow, submitted a claim for workers’ compensation benefits on behalf of herself and their children.
