Transmark USA, Inc. and Mark Sanford, owner of 100% of the common stock of Transmark (Transmark), seek writs of common law certiorari to review two interlocutory orders. The first order denied Trans-mark’s motion to disqualify counsel representing the Florida Department of Insurance; the Department became the court-appointed receiver (Receiver) of Guarantee Security Life Insurance Company (GSL), a Transmark wholly-owned subsidiary, on August 12,1991.
