Plaintiff Havana Club Holding, S.A. (“HC Holding”), owner of a United States registration of the trademark “Havana Club,” and Plaintiff Havana Club International, S.A. (“HCI”), exclusive licensee of that trademark, seek to enjoin Defendants Galleon S.A., Bacardi-Martini USA, Inc., Gallo Wine Distributors, Inc., G.W.D.
