KRAUSS, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, a military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, convicted appellant of willful disobedience of a lawful order, mutiny, damaging military property, three specifications of assault consummated by a battery, and kidnapping in violation of Articles 90, 94, 108, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 890, 894, 908, 928, 934 (2006) [hereinafter UCMJ].
