Three separate appeals have been brought from an interlocutory order dissolving a temporary injunction [28 U.S.C. § 1292(1)] in a diversity inter-pleader action involving proceeds accruing to the ownership of certain mineral rights or land-owner royalty interests, aggregating 9/256ths of Ys or .004395%, in certain oil producing land of Ector County, Texas, known as the “Goldsmith property.” 28 U.S.C. §§ 1335, 2361; Treinies v. Sunshine Mining Co., 1939, 308 U.S. 66, 60 S.Ct. 44, 84 L.Ed. 85.
