YETKA, Justice.

Appellant, Monique R. Hawkins, appeals from a judgment entered in Hennepin County District Court in favor of respondents, Thorp Credit and Thrift Company and American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida, on the question of whether the insurance sold and written by respondents was a per se violation of Minnesota law. After entering final judgment, the trial court apparently intended to certify the above question as important and doubtful pursuant to Minn.R.Civ.App.P. 103.03(h).
