LANIER, Judge.

This action is a suit in contract by an automobile dealership seeking recovery of storage fees for a customer’s automobile. Suit was filed by Polk Chevrolet, Inc. (Polk) against Murlon Webb, the owner of the stored automobile. Webb filed a reconven-tional demand seeking recovery of damages from Polk for its failure to maintain and preserve the automobile. Polk then filed a motion for summary judgment seeking judgment in its favor on both demands.
