ERROR to the Dearborn Circuit Court.

Covenant by Francis against Hunt for a breach of warranty in a conveyance. Hunt filed three pleas. Issues of fact on the first and second pleas. The third plea led to an issue of law. Trial by the Court, and finding for Francis, assessing his damages at 39 dollars. A motion for a new trial was overruled, and judgment was rendered on the finding. Hunt excepted, and set out the evidence.
