After oral argument and following a traverse hearing, the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction is denied.

On or about October 7, 2009, plaintiff commenced this action for breach of contract to recover under an insurance policy issued by defendant. Plaintiffs process server delivered a copy of the summons and complaint to the office of plaintiffs personal Allstate agent, James Torneo, located at 499 Jericho Turnpike, Mineóla, New York 11501.
