Petitioner (claimant) appeals respondent’s (Board’s) order denying him benefits on the ground of willful misconduct pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §802(e). We affirm.

The incident which precipitated claimant’s discharge occurred on August 29, 1975, when claimant, a carburetor inspector, noticed another employee, apparently less senior to claimant and doing work other than that within his job classification, and asked him for assistance.…
