The Peaslee-Ganlhert Company and Louisville Lead & Color Company are distinct corporations, "but operating together a plant for the manufacture and sale of paints, oils and so forth. The plant consisted of three buildings, located at Fifteenth street and Portland avenue, in Louisville. The buildings were separated by alleys, occupied by railroad tracks, but were connected by overhead bridges with doors at their ends..
