The petitioner, Andrea Moore, a defendant in an action pending in the Montgomery Circuit Court, seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the circuit court to vacate its order denying her request for a jury trial in an eviction action brought by the Housing Authority for the City of Montgomery ("MHA"), pursuant to the Sanderson Act, Ala.
