Chrysler Corporation appeals from a United States District Court order enforcing a subpoena duces tecum issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-12 and 29 C.F.R. § 1601.15 (1976) in the investigation of a charge of racial discrimination brought by a former employee.
