(after stating the facts as above). The assignments of errors as set out in the brief of defendant are:(1) That the court erred in directing a verdict for the plaintiff, as there was substantial testimony warranting a verdict for the defendant and thereby depriving it of a trial by jury.(2) That the amount directed was for a larger sum than the evidence warranted.(3) That the court erred in instructing the jury to include interest in the verdict.
