Appellant Jim Magnus appeals from the circuit court’s decision to enjoin him from exercising the powers of a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, namely, voting in legislative matters. He argues that the circuit court has effectively ousted him from office and had no authority to do so. Appellee Valerie Carr responds that the circuit court did not expel Mr. Magnus from his position, and that Mr. Magnus abandoned his office.
