COLLARD, Judge,

Section A.—This suit was instituted by appellee in the District Court of Dallas County, on Hovember 23, 1888, for personal injuries ‘alleged to have been received by him on July 7, 1888, while engaged in thé service of the company as a member of the bridge gang.

Appellee alleges, that Chris.
