The county auditors in their report for the year of 1949, filed April 3, 1950, reported under the heading “General Fund”, subheadings, “Disbursements”, “Administrative”, and “Judicial” the following items:

“Sheriff
“Salary of Sheriff.................$3,436.94”
“Salaries of Deputies and Clerks . . $5,309.50”.
