The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, et al. (the Bank), foreclosed on 3416 Manordale Court, Forest Hill, Texas, 76140 (the Property) after Sheik Tehuti defaulted under the terms of a security agreement.
