June 15, 1919. The opinion of the Court was delivered by Upon the requisition of the Governor of the State of Georgia and certain documents attached thereto, which were duly authenticated, his Excellency, the Governor of this State, issued his warrant for the arrest and delivery of the respondents to the agent of the State of Georgia, to be carried to that State for trial on the charge of burglary.
