Defendants appeal from an order of the circuit court that granted summary disposition to plaintiff on its action under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We reverse.
Plaintiff sought information concerning individuals who had received concealed weapons permits. Originally, Wayne Circuit Judge Amy P. Hathaway denied plaintiffs motion for summary disposition and granted summary disposition to defendants. That judgment was entered on July 9, 1997.
