This is an appeal from a decision of the Faulkner County Chancery Court, changing custody of the parties’ son Russell (Rusty) Carter, age three at the time of trial, from appellant to appellee. The appellant argues that the chancellor erred because there was insufficient evidence of a change in circumstances and no evidence as to the best interest of the child. The appellant also contends that the court erred in changing custody instead of making a finding of contempt if he found that the appellant had unreasonably violated the visitation order.
