MEMORANDUM OPINION

MORRIS, Chief Judge.

This case involves the interpretation of the defendant’s Plan for Employees’ Pensions, Disability Benefits and Death Benefits (hereinafter referred to as the Plan). The plaintiff seeks to recover death benefits which she says are owed to her because at the time of his death her husband, Robert D. Paterson, was an employee of the defendant, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, and covered by the Plan.
