Appeal from an order of the board of aldermen of the city of Providence requiring appellant to connect her land in the city with the public sewer, and also requiring her to fill up and destroy all receptacles for drainage and sewage on said land.

The sole question in this case before the court at this time is as to the constitutionality of Pub. Laws R. I. cap. 777, of April 25, 1889, as amended by cap. 1407 of March 1, 1895, and which act as amended is as follows:
