LIVINGSTON, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant Bruce Daye appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont (Murtha, /.), sentencing him to 180 months’ imprisonment upon his. guilty plea to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). On appeal, Daye does not challenge his conviction.
