DICKSON, Justice.
A.B., a juvenile, appeals her adjudication as a delinquent child for her postings on the Internet site MySpace.com that, if committed by an adult, would constitute the criminal offense of Harassment.1 The *1224Court of Appeals reversed, concluding that A.B.’s allegedly harassing messages were protected political speech.
