Appellant Anthony Robert Martin-Trigona appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida dismissing his pro se complaint for failure to prosecute. Fed.R. Civ.P. 41(b). We affirm.

The appellant is a law school graduate and has passed the Illinois State Bar examination but he has apparently not been admitted to the Bar. He filed his complaint for money damages and injunctive relief on May 8, 1978. The appellees filed a motion to dismiss on various grounds on June 12, 1978.
