This appeal involves the loaned- or borrowed-employee issue under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.). Claimant, Ray Wolf-gram, filed an application for adjustment of claim against R. H. DeMarr Asphalt Sales. The application was subsequently amended to reflect the inclusion of an additional respondent, A. J. Johnson Paving Company (hereafter Johnson).
