Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Ontario County (William F. Kocher, A.J.), entered May 30, 2014 in a divorce action. The order granted defendant’s motion to hold plaintiff in civil contempt of court.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs and the motion is denied.
