Bonapfel v. Nalley Motor Trucks
Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
1Per curiam
Paul W. Bonapfel, Trustee for Carpet Center Leasing Co., Inc., appeals the District Court’s order affirming the Bankruptcy Court’s judgment granting Nalley Motor Trucks’ claim for administrative expense priority in the amount of $370,915.96 pursuant to § 507(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. Appellant contends that the judgment is erroneous because the creditor is not entitled to an administrative expense claim.
