MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PATRICK F. KELLY, District Judge.
In this action, plaintiff John Deere Leasing Company is seeking to recover a deficiency arising from the repossession and sale of farm equipment pursuant to a lease between plaintiff and defendant Reuben D. Blubaugh. Under the express terms of the lease, John Deere Leasing is entitled to $12,054.43 as deficiency from the sale of the equipment. Defendant Blubaugh contests his liability on the ground that the provision in the lease providing for the deficiency was unconscionable and is therefore unenforceable.
