Ruffin, Judge.

Anton Watson appeals his convictions of entering an automobile with intent to commit theft and theft by taking. Watson claims that his trial counsel was ineffective in several respects. We disagree and affirm.

The relevant facts follow. Jane Shaffner was returning to her car in the parking lot at Gwinnett Place Mall when she saw what she “thought was a break-in on a BMW” As she was walking, Shaffner heard glass shatter and a car alarm go off.
