This matter involves a dispute over a removal to federal court, arising out of an action 'concerning the assignment of a patent. On November 12, 2014, plaintiff Accu-trax, LLC filed a complaint in Massachusetts state court against defendant Michael Kildevaeld, a member of Accutrax, alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties.
