Plaintiff sued under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of Louisiana (Act No. 20 of 1914 as amended) for sixty-five per cent, of his weekly wage for a period of four hundred weeks, beginning October 1,1929, less twenty-eight weeks alleged to have been paid by defendant.
