Lamokeixe, P. J., Auditing Judge.

— Michael Celenza, also known as Michele Celenze, died April 30, 1929, having first made a will, dated January 10, 1929, of which he appointed Grazia Ruccia executrix, to whom letters testamentary were granted September 11, 1929.

Testator gave, devised and bequeathed “unto my beloved companion Grazia Ruccia, 5004 Thompson St., the profits of my business situated at 5010 and 5012 Lancaster Avenue and house at 5004 Thompson St., all in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, also whatever movible personal…
