Sewickley Valley Hospital (Hospital) appeals from an order of the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) dismissing the Hospitals appeal from revised amended audit reports for the fiscal years ending on June 30, 1980, 1981, *3391982 and 1983 for being untimely and an order of the Secretary of DPW vacating a prior order granting reconsideration of the dismissal of the Hospitals appeal.
