This original proceeding is
brought to prevent the respondent court from proceeding further in an action entitled Arthur Schuster et al., Plaintiffs, v. Adolf Schuster et al., Defendants, and particularly to prevent the respondent court from sentencing the petitioner for contempt of court, because of his failure to answer questions at the time fixed for the giving of his deposition.
