DECISION

This case comes before the court on cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff, Willamette Valley Estates LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, appeals the decision of Defendant Oregon Department of Revenue (Department), to exercise its supervisory authority and order an increase in the land RMV of Plaintiff's property for the 2007-08 tax year.
