The appellee, Mrs. Ollie Mason, was arraigned under an indictment returned against her in the following form:

“The grand jury of the Western District of Clay County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, accuse Mrs. Ollie Mason of-the crime of slander committed as follows, viz: In. the district and county aforesaid, on the 7th day of April, 1921, the said Mrs. Ollie Mason did unlawfully, knowingly, falsely, and feloniously use, utter, and publish concerning about one Mrs. Dolly Yates language and words of the following import: ‘Mrs. Dolly Yates’ baby doesn’t.belong to her…
