These cases come before the court on plaintiffs’ request, filed April 19, 1976, for review by the court of the recommended decision of Trial Judge Thomas J. Lydon, filed February 24, 1976, pursuant to Pule 166(c) on defendant’s motion and plaintiffs’ cross-motion for summary judgment and on defendant’s motion, filed May 14, 1976, requesting the court to adopt the said recommended decision.
