Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (McNamara, J.), entered June 12, 2007 in Albany County, which, among other things, denied plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment.
This dispute concerning various parcels of real estate arose out of defendant Mahadaye S. Khan’s employment as plaintiffs accountant and various services that she performed attendant to plaintiffs real estate investments.
