The hill in this cause makes the allegations usual in hills on which injunctions of this nature are sought. Stating the business of the complainant to be the manufacture and sale of piano keys and actions, organ keys, reeds and hoards, and its location to be in Chicago, the hill goes on to allege that there is a sum not less than $300,000 invested in the plant, and that it had, prior to the actions of the defendant complained of, 425 to 475 men in its employment.
