CODY, Justice.

This was a personal injury suit by ap-pellee against appellant to recover the damages alleged to have resulted from a collision between an automobile in which ap-pellee was riding, and a truck owned by, and then being operated by an employee of appellant. Appellee alleged that the collision was proximately caused by various acts and omissions constituting negligence, for which appellant was liable.
