MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On April 15, 2009, this Court entered its final judgment in the above-styled case, awarding ASARCO LLC (“ASARCO”) the return of 260,093,694 shares of Common Stock (“SCC shares”) of Southern Copper Corporation (“SCC”) and $1,382,307,216.75 in money damages and prejudgment interest. (Doc. No. 508).
