Appeal from Davis District Court. — Seneca Cornell, Judge. This is an appeal from the finding and order of the court below upon objections to the final report of an administrator. The facts are fully stated in the opinion. —

— I. This is a proceeding in probate, growing out of the final report of the administrator of the estate of A. L. Stockham, to determine the ownership of certain registered United States gold bonds, issued and sold by the secretary of the treasury under the provisions of an act of Congress approved September 24, 1917 (Section 6829Ü, United States Compiled Statutes), and of ten war savings stamps of the face value of $5.00 each.
