Daniel Flanigan and Catherine Flanigan are husband and wife. At the time the present proceedings were instituted Flanigan ivas about 76 years of age and his wife is described in the record as “but little younger.” How long they have been married does not appear, but it is in evidence that during the preceding twenty-five years Flanigan and his wife had been separated most of the time.
