The applicant in this case, Luis Felipe Dessús, was accused in the District Court of Ponce, on the 3rd of March, 1904, of the crime of libel, and upon trial, on the 15th of June, was convicted and sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, and to the payment of costs. From -this judgment he appealed to this Supreme Court and on the 31st of May, 1905, the judgment of the lower court was in all things affirmed.
